Period without work: How to keep fit

1. Do not make quick decisions

2. Use your free time

You have a lot of free time that you can spend for the benefit of yourself and loved ones. Pull up your knowledge, study what you have long wanted, tidy your personal life, home. Attend various trainings and seminars. During this time, you can improve your level as a specialist.
3. Do not go into yourself

Just because you are out of work does not mean that you need to lose contact with your former colleagues. Continue communication, take an interest in working matters, be in the know.
